Adds docs/minnect-feed-redesign.spec.md (unchanged copy from the Minnect workspace) and links it in CLAUDE.md next to the original feed browser contract.

Milestone PR: later tasks of Feed browser: Redesign mobilization add commits here.
CRM task: j06b7bo66. Verified: cmp shows the copy is byte-identical.
