Task 9uv0f8oll (mobile video fit; first of the batch of mobile video and caption fixes).

Mobile video slides choose the fit from the video size (videoWidth/videoHeight after metadata, thumbnail size before): 4:5 or taller keeps cover; wider shows whole with contain over a blurred, darkened, enlarged copy of its own thumbnail. Applies per pane in multi-media tracks.
Dev preview: landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) video fixtures with tiny local files in public/dev.
Verified: tsc, eslint, vitest (263), next build; Playwright at 390x844 in both themes, 1440x900 unchanged.
