Milestone branch for Feed browser: Redesign foundation. Later tasks in this milestone add commits here.

3p1idvga1: Design tokens with dark and light themes and a persisted toggle

src/app/globals.css: @layer reset, base;, the spec's token table as a dark set (:root, [data-theme="dark"]) and a light set ([data-theme="light"]), crimson shades via color-mix(), radius and ease tokens, color-scheme per theme.
src/app/layout.tsx: inline pre-paint theme script in <head>, data-theme="dark" server default, suppressHydrationWarning.
src/lib/theme.ts (helper + script) and src/lib/use-theme.ts (useTheme: theme, setTheme, toggleTheme).
Old component rules moved to src/styles/legacy.css, recolored with tokens; old --red/--grey removed. Component tasks delete their rules from it.
Logo uses --accent.

Verified: typecheck, eslint, vitest (151 tests, incl. new tests/theme.test.ts with a no-raw-hex scan), next build.
