Every hex avatar now sits inside a red (--accent) hexagon ring, 2px wide on every side, so it stays visible over busy photos and video on mobile and desktop. clip-path hides a real border, so HexAvatar now renders an outer ring span with the photo or initials inset inside it.

Checks: 278 tests pass, tsc and eslint clean, screenshots on /dev/feed at 390px and 1440px.
