Promote to main: Sign-in and Read the home feed

Validated in dev by Cesar. Includes server session + sign-in + refresh/sign-out (kdlb9zs9n, tlv84yb7n, yarm6mesq) and the home feed proxy + cards + video (emrgilhzp, q12xo172i, vycxexra8).
